We sell records that are, to the best of our knowledge, in mint condition. However, occasionally a slightly imperfect record might slip through quality control.
- We ask you to film or record any imperfect product and send it to us immediately - we will either refund or replace if we agree the record doesn't play as it should.
- We comply with all fair trading standards
- We maintain the right to wiithdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
- During some periods we may not be able to get back to you immediately, we aim to get back to you within 3-5 working days if not sooner, but on those times we can't, we definitely will do, as soon as we can
- These products are under licence and are not to be reproduced
- We reserve the right to disable user accounts
